Return Policy

We do our best to inspect all items and ensure the best quality. However, sometimes things happen in transit or can be missed. So Please Inspect Items immediately upon arrival. You will have 72 hours to inspect your items and notify us of any issues. We do not accept returns unless items are defective or beyond 72 hours of delivery.

If you need to return a damaged item, please email us at perpetualsc@gmail.com and include your order number, the details about the product you would like to return and photos of said product. We will respond quickly with instructions on how to proceed with your return to receive a refund or replacement.
